You can get started immediately after hire. All you have to do is send an email to info@guby.llc with your google account email. HR will update this list every night with the leads that you call. This position is not Hourly. We prefer you to have another source of income unless you are just a "Grinder", or you have had sales experience or managing a pipeline of leads. Below you will see the pay structure. After your first sale you will receive a $2000 commission and it also qualifies you for a $1500 the next month to stabilize you enough to keep making sales. If you eve have been in a commission based combination job I'm sure this system makes sense. [Pallet Call Reps will make around 500-1000 per sale, please apply that to the compensation below] We want you to keep making sales so we want to pay our callers well for their hard work. It goes without saying, the hardest workers will make the most money. The next month salary can be payed out either lump sum or bi-weekly. You can source for leads on Google, Facebook, Connections around the area. etc. The easiest way is to just search on Google.com (Google.com)for "Home Owner Associations" or "Apartment neighborhoods" in any city in NC or SC. Anything is okay to source for leads as long as it's legal. Once you get a prospect that is interested we close the deal, send the contract, and do all the dirty work for you. Sounds too good to be true right? Hard workers will make money as a Guby Call rep. This can even be a second job, I know a lot of you might even already have remote positions.
